Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

Synergy Solutions, LLC, a Mississippi business featuring T'knesha James (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through our services.

This policy applies to websites, landing pages, funnels, signup forms, communities, programs, memberships, and communications operated by Synergy Solutions, LLC where this policy is posted or linked, including The Assembly, Study Hall, and Kingdom Academy.

It does not govern unrelated websites or services operated by other businesses.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on your interactions with us, we may collect:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your phone number, if provided.
  • Communication preferences and records of email or text opt-ins and opt-outs.
  • Registration details, form responses, support requests, and messages you send.
  • Membership status, transaction history, billing details, and payment confirmations associated with purchases.
  • Technical information collected through our websites and service providers, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and website activity.

Please do not submit payment card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through general contact or community signup forms. Use the designated payment checkout for payment information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information as applicable to:

  • Provide requested Study Hall calendar links, event information, and resources.
  • Send monthly Study Hall reminders through the channels you select.
  • Administer community participation, memberships, payments, and cancellations.
  • Provide membership access after successful payment and maintain account records.
  • Respond to questions and provide support.
  • Send educational and promotional communications within the scope of your consent.
  • Maintain consent records, protect our services, and meet legal obligations.

3. Email Communications

Providing your email to request the Study Hall calendar or another resource allows us to fulfill that request. It does not by itself enroll you in unrelated promotional communications.

Ongoing reminder and marketing emails follow your selections and applicable consent requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.

We may still send communications needed to fulfill a separate request or administer an existing purchase, including receipts, payment notices, access information, and cancellation confirmations.

4. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you provide your mobile number and separately opt in, we use it to send the types of messages described when you consent. These may include Study Hall reminders, community updates, event information, and program offers.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for their independent use.

We may disclose information necessary to service providers that deliver messages, maintain consent records, or provide support on our behalf, subject to restrictions on their use of that information.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also contact [email protected] .

5. Service Providers

We use service providers to help operate our business. These may include HighLevel (360 Ascension) for forms, contact management, and communications, along with providers for hosting, calendars, meetings, and payment processing.

Service providers receive information needed to perform their functions. Information submitted directly to payment platforms and other third-party services is also subject to their privacy policies.

Authorized team members and contractors may access information as needed to provide administrative and customer support services.

6. Other Disclosures

We may disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the security of our services.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites and embedded services may use cookies and similar technologies to support functionality, remember preferences, and understand website activity. Third-party embeds may use their own technologies.

8. Community Participation

Information you choose to share in community discussions, group chats, or live sessions may be visible to other participants. Avoid sharing information you do not want others to see.

9. Information Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

After cancellation or an unsubscribe request, we may retain transaction records and limited suppression information needed to honor your preferences and meet applicable requirements.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to exercise other privacy choices.

Send requests to [email protected] . We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may be retained when permitted or required by law.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not cancel a paid subscription. Membership cancellation is addressed in our separate Terms & Conditions.
