Terms & Conditions
Effective date: October 22, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of websites, landing pages, funnels, forms, communities, programs, memberships, digital resources, and communications operated by Synergy Solutions, LLC, a Mississippi business featuring T'knesha James (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These terms apply across our websites and services where these terms are posted or linked, including The Assembly, Study Hall, and Kingdom Academy. They do not govern unrelated websites or services operated by other businesses.
By using our services or purchasing an offer subject to these terms, you agree to the applicable terms. Any additional offer-specific terms disclosed and accepted at checkout also apply.
1. The Assembly and Study Hall
The Assembly is our free community. Study Hall is a monthly gathering associated with the community. Dates, times, topics, and availability may change. Schedule updates will be shared through our available communication channels.
We may request your name and email address to provide the Study Hall calendar, registration information, or requested resources. Please provide accurate contact information.
2. Paid Memberships and Recurring Billing
Kingdom Academy and other offers identified as subscriptions are recurring memberships. The price, billing frequency, and applicable offer details will be disclosed at checkout.
By purchasing a recurring membership and agreeing to its subscription terms, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the disclosed recurring interval until cancellation takes effect.
Membership does not end automatically because you stop attending sessions, viewing content, or participating in the community.
3. Membership Access
Membership access is provided after payment has been successfully received. Submitting an order or attempting a payment does not grant access if the payment is unsuccessful.
Continued access requires an active, paid membership. If a payment fails or remains unpaid, access may be suspended until payment is resolved. Suspension alone does not cancel a subscription.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation at any time. To prevent the next renewal charge, your cancellation request must be received at least seven calendar days before your next scheduled billing date, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Send cancellation requests to [email protected] . Include your name and the email address used for your membership. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.
If your request is received at least seven calendar days before your next billing date, your subscription will not renew, and your access will continue through the end of your current paid membership period.
If your request is received fewer than seven calendar days before your next billing date, the upcoming renewal may still be charged, and cancellation will take effect at the end of that renewed period, only to the extent this deadline is permitted by applicable law. Where the law requires an earlier cancellation or prevents that charge, we will comply.
The date we receive your request determines whether it meets the deadline, not the date our team replies. We will confirm your cancellation and the applicable access end date. No further cancellation request is needed.
5. No Refunds
All sales are final. Except where required by applicable law, payments are nonrefundable. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused membership time, missed sessions, nonparticipation, or a change of mind.
Cancellation stops future renewals according to the cancellation policy above. It does not create a refund for a payment already processed. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived or permit unauthorized charges.
6. Email Communications
When you request a resource, register for an event, or make a purchase, we may email information needed to fulfill that request or administer your purchase.
Ongoing reminder and promotional communications follow your consent selections. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.
7. Text Messaging Terms
If you provide your mobile number and separately opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Synergy Solutions, LLC, featuring T'knesha James, within the scope of the consent you provide. These may include Study Hall reminders, community updates, event information, and program offers.
- Message frequency varies. Monthly Study Hall may involve more than one reminder.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation.
- Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected] .
- Messages may be sent using automated technology.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to marketing text messages. You must provide a number you own or are authorized to use and notify us if it changes.
Unsubscribing from emails or texts does not cancel a paid membership. Please use the membership cancellation process above.
8. Community Conduct
Participants must communicate respectfully. Harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, unauthorized solicitation, unlawful activity, and sharing another participant’s private information without permission are prohibited.
We may remove content or restrict participation for violations of these terms. Any action affecting paid access remains subject to applicable law and the accepted purchase terms.
9. Educational Content and Results
Our content is provided for general education and personal development. It is not individualized legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice. Participation does not guarantee any particular result.
10. Intellectual Property
Our original teaching materials, written content, graphics, recordings, and resources belong to Synergy Solutions, LLC or their respective licensors. Materials provided to you are for your personal use unless otherwise authorized. You may not sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
11. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for functions such as forms, communications, meetings, calendars, hosting, and payments. These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or operation.
12. Availability and Liability
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful, accurate information, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy
Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. Please review the Privacy Policy linked on the website or signup form you use.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when changes are posted. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. Changes do not retroactively alter accepted purchase terms without a valid legal basis.
